ESD certification offices are the first step to certification in Washington State. All applications and fees are submitted through your ESD office.

The OESD 114 Certification Specialist is available to assist out of state applicants, teachers, substitutes, school district employees, Educational Staff Associates, Principals, Superintendents, and Personnel Offices.

The specialist can also assist you with endorsement questions and testing requirements.

Olympic ESD 114 receives all certificate applications for educators serving in the region and makes recommendations for certification approval to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). All Certification fees are made payable to OESD 114.
