
Professional Development
Olympic ESD 114 Professional Development services are designed to offer relevant and meaningful professional growth opportunities for educators throughout our region to improve the learning of all students, birth to age 21.
We provide teachers, principals, paraeducators and specialized staff with the knowledge and skills in curriculum, instruction, pedagogy and assessment as well as tools to assure that education is personalized for each student. We offer support for:
leadership development for administrators and teacher leaders
organizational development
educator development
clock hour documentation
STARS hours
maintenance of required professional certification
No matter what format, we believe professional development must be responsive to identified needs, job embedded, and must be for everyone who affects student learning.
